Is Hello Inside right for me?

Hello Inside is for anyone who wants to get to know their body better and improve their metabolic health. Our content has a special focus on women's health. However, we also offer a lot of general content suitable for anyone who wants to find out how their body reacts to food, sleep, exercise, and stress. In general, anyone can use Hello Inside. You must be at least 16 years old to use our app. If you have been diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes, you should not use our product. If you have been diagnosed with a medical condition, please consult your doctor before using the Hello Inside app or the sensor.

What should I keep in mind when wearing a sensor?

The sensors are water-resistant (up to 30 minutes at a max. depth of 1 m). This specification refers to the measurement function – however, the adhesion of the patch can be affected by factors such as moisture, friction/pressure, or heat (e.g., in a sauna). To ensure your sensor holds optimally, always let the skin dry well after contact with water, avoid strong rubbing or pressure (e.g., when drying off or changing clothes), and use an overpatch/plaster or physio tape as additional protection if needed. Please do not remove the sensor and reapply it – it is a single-use device with a service life of up to 14 days. Once a sensor has been removed, it cannot be reused. Please also note: MRI scans are only possible without the sensor, high-dose vitamin C infusions can affect the readings, and prolonged exposure to water for over 30 minutes should be avoided.

Does applying the sensor hurt?

No need to worry! You might feel a quick pinch during application, but it really doesn't hurt. Promise. Also, the needle does not stay in your arm; it is only used to insert the filament into your skin, which then measures your blood sugar via the interstitial fluid. Which phone do I need to use Hello Inside?

The app is available for iOS and Android phones. For the Hello Inside app to work, your phone must have an NFC reader. This means that the Hello Inside app works on any phone that meets the following criteria:- Android version 8.1 or higher, Near Field Communication (NFC) capability- iPhone 7 or higher, iOS version 14 or higherYou can find a complete version with a list of phones and operating systems that are recommended and not recommended here.

Where is Hello Inside available?

The product is currently available via our online shop in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, France, Great Britain, and Ireland. As soon as Hello Inside becomes available in other countries, we will inform you via our newsletter. Sign up to stay up to date or follow us on Instagram.

How long does delivery to Switzerland take?

Once you have purchased the package, you will receive a purchase confirmation and an invoice. A few days later, you will receive a shipping email with a tracking link from our carrier. Due to the customs process, delivery takes approximately 7-10 days.

How long can I measure my blood sugar with a sensor?

Hello Inside uses the Freestyle Libre 2 sensor or the Freestyle Libre 3 sensor from Abbott. This sensor has a lifespan of 14 days. After 14 days, a new sensor must be applied if you wish to continue measuring. Once the usage period has expired, the sensor can simply be peeled off like a bandage.
