What is the Hello Inside Coaching Dashboard?

With our coaching dashboard, you have access to your clients' data and can support them even better in achieving their goals.

How does the coaching dashboard work?

Your customers order their Hello Inside package (sensor + app) directly from us and can give you access to their data via the app. You can then conveniently view all insights via a web app.

Which of my customers’ data can I see?

You have access to glucose levels, comprehensive statistics, recorded meals, workouts and sleep.

What do I need to consider regarding the sensors?

The sensors are waterproof and can be worn in the shower, while swimming, in the sauna, and while exercising. However, the manufacturer recommends not swimming with them for longer than 30 minutes or diving deeper than 1 meter. When you sweat, the sensor may fall off more easily, so be careful not to bump it. To be safe, we recommend covering it with a plaster, physio tape, or patch. Also, remember not to remove and reapply the sensor. This is a single-use device that lasts for 14 days. Once removed, the sensor cannot be reapplied. Please make sure to avoid the following while wearing the sensor: MRI scans (the sensor would need to be removed), vitamin C infusions, and staying in water for more than 30 minutes.

Does attaching the sensor hurt?

No need to worry! It might pinch a little during use, but it really doesn't hurt. We promise. Furthermore, the needle doesn't stay in your arm; it's used only to insert the thread into your skin, which then measures your blood sugar via the tissue fluid. You can see how a sensor is applied here .

What phone do my customers need to use Hello Inside?

The app is available for iOS and Android phones. For the Hello Inside app to work, the phone must have an NFC reader. This means the Hello Inside app works on any phone that has: - Android version 8.1 or higher, Near Field Communication (NFC) capability - iPhone 7 or higher, iOS version 14 or higher. Where is Hello Inside available?

The product is currently available through our online shop in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, France, the UK, and Ireland. As soon as Hello Inside is available in other countries, we'll let you know via our newsletter. Sign up to stay up to date or follow us on Instagram .

How long does it take to deliver the package?

Once you have successfully purchased a product in our webshop, you will receive a purchase confirmation and an invoice. A few days later, you will receive a shipping email with a tracking link from our carrier. Shipping within the EU usually takes 7-14 days, depending on the country. In some countries, delivery times are even shorter. You can view and manage your order through your shop account. Please note that shipping costs or additional fees and import taxes may apply in some countries.
