Women achieve measurable improvements in weight, energy & symptom management through glucose control
We analyzed cohorts of up to 1743 users and over 66,000 logged symptoms. Our research reveals something remarkable: when women can see how their bodies respond in real time, they don't just feel better — they achieve clinically meaningful improvements in weight, energy, and symptom management.
Analysis period: Q1 2025 – Q1 2026. Data sources: User-reported symptoms via Hello Inside app (Metabolic Health Assessment + Daily Journal). Overall dataset: 1,743 users, 66,203 logged symptoms. Symptom improvement cohort: 1,295 users active on the platform for at least 90 days. Weight cohort: 1,189 users tracked consistently across full-year 2025; among women who lost weight (n=502), average loss was 4.15 kg with BMI shifting from 26.1 to 24.6. Analysis method: Kendall's Tau correlation for trend analysis over 90-day periods. Improvement definition: any downward trend in symptom severity (1–3 scale). Less than one-third of normal-weight adults are metabolically healthy — decreasing to just 8% for overweight and 0.5% for obese individuals. The most frequently reported symptoms among Hello Inside users were stress, lack of energy, bloating, sleep disturbances, and cravings. Lacking energy showed the fastest improvement trajectory across the cohort, with users reporting measurable relief in under 10 days.
