Is Hello Inside suitable for me?

Hello Inside is for anyone who wants to get to know their body better and improve their metabolic health. We have a special focus on women's health in our content. However, we also offer a lot of more general content suitable for anyone who wants to find out how their body responds to food, sleep, exercise, and stress. In general, anyone can use Hello Inside. You must be at least 16 years old to use our app. If you have been diagnosed with type 1 or 2 diabetes, you should not use our product. If you have been diagnosed with a medical condition, please consult your doctor before using the Hello Inside app or sensor.

What do I need to consider when wearing a sensor?

The sensors are water-resistant (up to 30 minutes at a maximum depth of 1 m ). This information refers to the measuring function – however, the adhesion of the patch can be affected by factors such as moisture, friction/pressure or heat (e.g. in a sauna). To ensure that your sensor adheres optimally, always allow your skin to dry thoroughly after contact with water, avoid strong rubbing or pressure (e.g. when drying off or changing clothes) and, if necessary, use an overpatch/plaster or physio tape for additional protection. Please do not remove or reapply the sensor – it is a disposable device with a usage period of up to 14 days . Once removed, a sensor cannot be reused. Please also note: MRI scans are only possible without the sensor, high-dose vitamin C infusions can affect the measured values, and prolonged exposure to water for longer than 30 minutes should be avoided.

Does attaching the sensor hurt?

No need to worry! It might pinch a little during use, but it really doesn't hurt. We promise. Furthermore, the needle doesn't stay in your arm; it's used only to insert the thread into your skin, which then measures your blood sugar via the tissue fluid. You can see how a sensor is applied here .

Which phone do I need to use Hello Inside?

The app is available for iOS and Android phones. For the Hello Inside app to work, your phone must have an NFC reader. This means the Hello Inside app will work on any phone that has: - Android version 8.1 or higher, Near Field Communication (NFC) capability - iPhone 7 or higher, iOS version 14 or higher. Where is Hello Inside available?

The product is currently available through our online shop in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, France, the UK, and Ireland. As soon as Hello Inside is available in other countries, we'll let you know via our newsletter. Sign up to stay up to date or follow us on Instagram .

How long does it take to deliver the package?

Once you have successfully purchased a product in our webshop, you will receive a purchase confirmation and an invoice. A few days later, you will receive a shipping email with a tracking link from our carrier. Shipping within the EU usually takes 7-14 days, depending on the country. In some countries, delivery times are even shorter. You can view and manage your order through your shop account. Please note that shipping costs or additional fees and import taxes may apply in some countries.

Can I cancel my subscription?

We'd be sad to see you go, but you can cancel your active subscription at any time. You can do this via "Manage Subscriptions" in our store when you're logged in, or you can find this option in your Hello Inside app under the Profile tab.

How long can I measure my blood glucose with a sensor?

Hello Inside uses the Freestyle Libre 2 sensor or the Freestyle Libre 3 sensor from Abbott. This sensor has a lifespan of 14 days. After 14 days, a new sensor must be applied if you want to continue measuring. The sensor can be easily removed like a band-aid after its lifespan.
