Nutrition Consultation

Our nutrition experts are here to help you achieve your individual health goals. Your personal nutrition expert will review your blood glucose observations, share scientific findings and make recommendations. This way you can easily reach your health goals. One session lasts 30 minutes and will take place online. You decide whether you want to do the consultation in English or German. 

You can book the consultation at any time and then make an online appointment. We recommend that you come in for the consultation after you've been testing your blood glucose for a few days and collecting some data. Feel free to send us your questions before the consultation to get the most out of your time.
