At Hello Inside, we currently offer two different programs to help you start your blood sugar journey: our Hello Sugar Program and our Hello Hormones Program. A short program presentation: Hello Sugar & Hello Hormones
At Hello Inside, we offer two programs designed to help you understand your body's response to diet, sleep, stress, and exercise. Our most popular program, Hello Hormones, is a four-week program designed to help you balance your blood sugar levels throughout your cycle and understand the connection to hormones. Our Hello Sugar program, on the other hand, is a two-week program designed to help you better understand and manage your relationship with sugar and gain initial experience of how your body reacts to certain foods. You'll also learn to listen to your body and better interpret its signals.
How do our programs work?
First, you choose a program that best supports you. After you place your order, you'll receive some tips and download information for your app while your package is on its way.
Your GCM sensor is included in the package. Simply attach the sensor to your upper arm and activate it—and you're ready to go. While your sensor is calibrating, you can start your program in the Hello Inside app.
The sensor data is imported into the Hello Inside app, and you receive a visualization of your glucose curve. You also receive meal scores, expert tips, and recommendations based on your individual response to recorded events (such as meals or exercise).
Now you can start experimenting and learning more about your body every day. After just a few days, you'll feel the difference. You'll have more energy, be able to concentrate better, and sleep more restfully.

As you've already seen, there's currently a 4-week program and a 2-week program. A big difference here is the duration of the program and therefore also the duration of the measurements.
If you choose the Hello Sugar program, you can track your blood sugar levels with the sensor for 14 days. With the Hello Hormones program, however, you can measure your blood sugar levels for four weeks. This gives you more time to get to know your body and experiment.
What are the main focuses of the Hello Sugar and Hello Hormones programs?
While the focus of the 4-week "Hello Hormones" program is on women and explores the connection between female hormones, the menstrual cycle, and blood sugar levels, there's also a ton of other content relevant to everyone. You'll find plenty of experiments, lessons, and recipes in the app. You'll also have access to your meal scores and statistics, as well as a basic blood sugar program.
Hello Hormones
The perfect program if you want to delve deeper into women's metabolic health. The Hello Hormones program is based on cycle phases. This means that the relationships between hormones and blood sugar are explained in each cycle phase, and you can observe and experiment with them yourself. You can identify changes in blood sugar response depending on hormonal fluctuations. With this program, you not only learn to listen to your body but also reduce symptoms that can occur during your cycle. By balancing your blood sugar levels, you can minimize or eliminate problems like PMS, period pain, mood swings, skin health, cravings, and much more. The program can also help you control your weight in a healthy and sustainable way—without having to give up your favorite foods. It's a real game changer!

Hello Sugar
Our newest program is called "Hello Sugar" and is also available in our Hello Inside app. The program lasts two weeks and, as the name suggests, focuses on the topic of sugar. These two weeks are all about strengthening your understanding and knowledge of sugar. It's also about gaining a better sense of your body, understanding your reaction to sugar, and reflecting on how you feel. We'll use experiments to look at specific foods, show you how to decipher nutritional information, and show you where sugar is hidden. We've also prepared some tips to help you better balance your blood sugar. The topics this program focuses on are: energy and concentration, cravings, and weight control.
It's about finding your balance and your sweet spot, being mindful, and knowing what's going on in your body. Everyone should be able to treat themselves to a piece of cake or chocolate without feeling guilty. It's about intelligent combinations and small adjustments to habits.
